BY BEING ON THE TERRITORY OF THE CLUB, YOU AGREE TO OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND ACCEPT THE RULES DESCRIBED BELOW.

GENERAL RULES OF CONDUCT:

1. Entrance to the club for persons over 21 years old. Face control and dress code apply.
2. You have the right and opportunity to reserve a table in advance. If you do not occupy the table at the                agreed time, the administration has the right to transfer the reservation to another visitor.
3. When leaving things in the wardrobe, do not leave keys, documents, etc. in them. The club administration is      not responsible for the safety of your things.
4. It is for bidden to cause material damage to the nightclub, its staff and visitors, to disturb public order and         peace of other visitors.
5. The club administration is not responsible for your lost items, but in case of loss, you can contact the club         security, administrator or reception desk.
6. Any manifestation of aggression (including obscene language, threats, increased tone) towards other                 visitors and employees is prohibited on the territory of the club.



 

RULES RELATED TO THE RESTRICTION OF ENTRY TO THE CLUB

IN THE EVENT OF VIOLATION OF THE RULES OF VISITING THE CLUB, THE ADMINISTRATION RESERVES THE RIGHT TO:

1. It is prohibited to come to the club in a state of strong alcohol or drug intoxication-the security at the                  entrance has the right not to let you in to the club with out giving a reason. It is prohibited  to carry,                      distribute and use narcotic and psychotropic substances.
2. It is prohibited to bring the following items in to the club:
     • Cold or gas weapons and fire arms;
     • Stitching and cutting objects;
     • Flammable substances;
     • Drugs, as well as any strong medical means;
     • Own alcohol and food purchased outside the night club.
3. In our club it is also prohibited:
     • using narcotic and toxic substances in the club and in the adjacent territory;                                                             • be rude to employees and visitors of the club;                                                                                                                         • block the road or in any other way interfere with the movement of visitors and employees of the club;               • occupy free tables with out the permission of the administration;                                                                                   • to sit at the tables of other visitors without an invitation;                                                                                                   • stay in the VIP area and enter the office premises without the permission of the club administration;                 • to sit on the floor;
     • to sit or dance on the tables, on the bar and on the club stage;
     • to sit with your feet on the sofas;
     • to provoke conflicts and get into fights;
     • to smoke on the dance floor;
     • being on the dance floor with drinks.

1. Remove the violator from the territory of the club without refunding the cost of the entrance ticket;
2. Establish a ban on further visits to the club in relation to the violator;
3. If the visitor causes damage to the property of the club, recover the full cost from the violator.
4. Security representatives have the right to deny individuals the right to enter the club - if such a decision is made by our employees.
The presence of a concert ticket, reservation or prepayment does not guarantee unhindered entry to the club.
